Simulators

We keep simulators in full working order – from projection to motion systems. Flight and military simulators are a key link between theoretical training and practice – the safety of crews and the effectiveness of training depend on their reliability. We provide full service for these devices, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading even systems that are no longer officially supported by the manufacturer. This allows training centers and military units to minimize downtime and reduce operating costs.

Complex electronics and mechanics repairs – BGA rework, PCB reconstruction, actuator regeneration, encoder calibration.
Life extension upgrades – replacement of projectors with LED/Laser, retrofitting of pilot cockpit panels.
Preventive maintenance – PM schedule, filter replacement, motion system lubrication, predictive AI alerts.
24×7 SLA agreements – 2–4 hour response time, LRU parts warehouse, dedicated engineer onsite or in a mobile workshop.
Backup – comprehensive backup of device firmware and simulator software, physical disk copies, security.

Experience

For over 8 years, we have been supporting Training Centers in the Polish Army and NATO military simulators, maintaining flight simulators for Airbus, Leonardo, Lockheed Martin, Embraer, Bell, and Boeing platforms.
Our service procedures ensure ≥99.2% availability, and the recovery time for critical visualization modules does not exceed 6 hours, thanks to spare projectors and remote fault analysis.
