We develop proprietary VR/AR applications that provide real-time support to service technicians and engineers—from step-by-step visual prompts to remote expert assistance. We map each model of supported equipment as a digital twin, allowing service procedures, tests, and calibrations to be trained and verified without risk to the device. The platform works on META, PIKO, SONY, and Hololens 2 goggles, as well as PC-class VR sets, and integrates with 3D CAD documentation and our CMMS system.
All you need is VR goggles or any VR-PC set; the application automatically adapts the interface to your device.
How long does it take to prepare a digital twin model?
For a standard device with a complexity of up to 50k polygons, the process takes approximately 10 business days from the delivery of CAD documentation.
Can I edit the procedures myself?
Yes – the Workflow Builder module has a drag-and-drop editor, and you can export the finished instructions to CMMS with a single click.
