How does it work? 4 implementation steps

1. Equipment digitization –  import of CAD models, photogrammetry or 3D scan and create a digital twin.
2. Procedure definition –  together with the customer's engineers, we develop sequences of steps, tests, and parameter control.
3. CMMS integration – procedures and alerts are linked to existing service requests.
4. Training and validation – users undergo interactive training, and the results are fed into the KPI dashboard.

For a standard device with a complexity of up to 50k polygons, the process takes approximately 10 business days from the delivery of CAD documentation.

Can I edit the procedures myself?

Yes – the Workflow Builder module has a drag-and-drop editor, and you can export the finished instructions to CMMS with a single click.
