Repair & Logistic Hub

Our European Repair and Logistics Hub (ERLH) is a specialized after-sales support center that minimizes downtime and service costs for defense equipment.

Experience

Our hub has an advanced electronics laboratory, a full-size mechanical workshop, and a team of interdisciplinary specialists: electronic engineers, UPS system automation engineers, and hydraulics/pneumatics/HVAC experts. A dedicated quality manager ensures compliance with procedures, ISO standards, and AQAP requirements, and the entire process is supported by a technical director along with database, programming, and network engineers, enabling us to perform comprehensive depot-level repairs within the EU without the need to ship equipment outside the continent.

Potential

We have an advanced electronics laboratory, a full-size mechanical workshop, and a team of specialists in key areas: electronics engineers, database engineers, programming and network engineers, automation engineers, UPS system specialists, and hydraulics/pneumatics/HVAC experts.

Problems we solve

Long operational downtime – we carry out depot-level repairs locally in the EU, reducing lead times to 72 hours for 80% of requests.
High logistics costs – no re-export to faraway countries means lower customs duties, reduced freight costs, and simplified import procedures.
Product lifecycle management – we provide inspections, upgrades, and obsolescence management in a single contract.

No re-export – devices remain in the EU customs zone; simpler and cheaper.
Economies of scale – a shared parts base and a single service center reduce TCO.
Full compliance – Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration, AQAP 2110, and ISO 9001:2015 audits for non-EU equipment.
OEM sales support – a local service center strengthens the manufacturer's offering on the European market.
