We begin every collaboration with a thorough diagnosis—either at our service center or directly at the customer's premises. The result of our work is information about what needs to be repaired and the expected completion time. A transparent report and a specific offer give you full control over your budget and schedule.

Diagnostics Scope

Diagnostics at the Service Center allow for comprehensive laboratory testing using specialized tools such as microscopes, analyzers, and scanners. On-site visits to the customer's premises focus on functional assessment of systems and analysis of infrastructure in the working environment. This allows for quick review and identification of the most important problems without the need to transport the device. Both approaches are complementary forms of diagnostics, depending on the customer's operational needs.

Service Standards

We serve Poland and the world – in Poland, we operate from our offices in Wrocław and Dęblin, where we perform advanced diagnostics at our service center. Outside Poland, we conduct site visits and field repairs throughout Europe, the US, and Arab countries, adapting to local requirements and working conditions. Both models of operation – stationary and mobile – guarantee consistently high quality of service and timely delivery. Flexibility and readiness for rapid mobilization are our standard in servicing international critical infrastructure.
Dedicated project manager throughout the entire cycle – each project is led by a designated person who knows the details of the equipment and the customer's needs. The manager coordinates communication, supervises the work, and answers any questions that arise. This gives the customer the assurance that their request will not get lost in the system and that each stage of the service will run smoothly and predictably.
Obsolescence report – as part of selected services, we offer a detailed obsolescence report that allows you to determine the availability, life cycle, and risks associated with the continued use of specific components. This allows the customer to make informed purchasing and service decisions, planning upgrades well in advance. The analysis covers both active equipment and discontinued components, providing a complete picture of the technical condition in the long term.
Securing data and confidential documentation – we attach great importance to the security of the information entrusted to us by our customers. All technical data, service reports, and design documentation are protected in accordance with the security procedures required for the defense sector. We use secure communication channels, encrypted data storage, and access control.

Yes – we offer diagnostics both for customers with service contracts and for new customers interested in one-time support.

Does the site visit include the possibility of quick on-site repairs?

In many cases, yes – if the problem can be fixed directly at the place of use, our team will carry out the repair during the visit.

Are services available outside Poland?

Yes – we provide diagnostics and equipment servicing throughout Europe, the USA, and Arab countries. We serve both military bases and civilian facilities.

Yes – each service ends with a service report and a repair or upgrade offer.

It usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the device and the availability of parts.
