For over 10 years, we have been maintaining building systems in industrial and military facilities and data centers. The server rooms, HVAC and UPS installations we service operate with an availability of ≥ 99.9%, and the average time to restore emergency power after an incident does not exceed 3 hours. Our work at the Simulation Center in Dęblin has reduced the annual energy consumption of air conditioning in server rooms and flight simulator rooms while maintaining a certified temperature and humidity environment.

Are you upgrading HVAC systems to the new refrigerants required by the EU?

Yes – we design complete retrofit kits, replace compressors and nozzles, and then perform a certified leak test.

Can you perform maintenance without shutting down critical server rooms?

As part of our “live maintenance” strategy, we use air bypasses, UPS and generator redundancy, so we can perform work without interrupting IT services.

What does predictive maintenance of installations look like?

We install vibration, temperature, and flow sensors, which we analyze using ML algorithms; the customer receives an alert before the parameter exceeds the threshold.
