Mechanical Repairs

Precise mechanical repairs are the foundation of the reliability of vehicles, simulators, and other systems. At our service and production locations, we combine CNC centers, component regeneration stations, and consumable parts warehouses to restore worn-out parts for which there is no manufacturer support to their factory operating parameters.

Scope of repairs – 7 key areas

Tactical vehicle drives – gearboxes, drive axles, hydrostatic transmissions.
Actuators and transmissions for unmanned platforms – precision calibration, seal replacement, and leak testing.
Module housings and chassis – surfacing, straightening, leak testing for electronics and field servers.
Transport and assembly trolleys –  regeneration of rollers, brakes, hinges, and modernization of semi-trailers and container attachments.
Servomechanism mechanics – bearing replacement, encoder calibration, torque and backlash testing.
CNC & 3D printing – reconstruction of aluminum/steel parts and composite elements.
Fastening systems, lifts, and technical locks – thread regeneration, heat treatment, protective coatings.

Workshop and production facilities

Our repair and production workshops are located in two locations, near Wrocław and in Dęblin. The work is carried out in cooperation with recognized technological partners on the Polish and international markets.

Repair workshops / Wrocław

The repair workshops near Wrocław are located on a concrete yard with an area of 10,050 m² and comprise three storage, production, and service halls (a total of approx. 3,000 m² of space). Inside, a new 25-ton bridge crane and a cantilever crane have been installed for the safe lifting of engines, gearboxes, aggregates, and other heavy components. The infrastructure is complemented by a clean assembly area and test stations for hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Production facilities / Dęblin

The production workshop in Dęblin has a complex of halls with a total area of over 60,000 m², equipped with paint shops, climate chambers, and CNC machining centers dedicated to aviation and military components. The plant has certified stations for engine servicing, repair, and regeneration, supported by NDT laboratories and dynamic test stations. Such an extensive infrastructure enables the implementation of MRO and modernization projects on a 24/7 basis – both for the Polish Armed Forces and NATO forces.

Mobile service container

We have specially adapted the ISO 1C service container for inspections and repairs of field power plant containers and Cummins generators used by the Polish Army and the US Army. On board, there are testers, a computerized control system diagnostics station, and a spare parts warehouse for the QSB/QSX engine series. Its own 30 kVA generator, tropical-class air conditioning, and LTE/SAT connection enable completely autonomous operation and communication.

Frequently asked questions

Do you perform repairs by manufacturing prototype parts that are not listed in the manufacturer's replacement parts catalog?

Yes – we select the material and technology and perform single-unit production or regeneration while maintaining the original tolerances. Thanks to this, even unique components can be returned to service without the need to search for replacements.

What is the typical repair time for mechanical parts?

We repair standard components in 7-9 business days. Work involving prototyping and full regeneration of the device takes longer, but usually does not exceed 30 business days. For critical assemblies, we offer a 48-hour express mode with door-to-door delivery.

What is the typical production time for a custom-made component?

The full production cycle for small components and low-volume production is usually 30 business days. However, for complex projects (e.g., components that are part of large flight simulator systems), this time can sometimes reach 3 months.

Can you work at foreign bases, training grounds, or airports?

Yes – we have a mobile service container with a mini-CNC, a welding machine, mechanical equipment, and a warehouse for consumable parts, which we send to bases in Poland and abroad. This allows us to perform some repairs on site at the customer's premises, without the need to transport the parts to our headquarters. This applies in particular to containerized field power plants and power generators.
