We perform complex electronics repairs at the component level (BGA, µBGA, QFN). We use a full range of soldering techniques – from reflowing and reballing to manual micro-soldering and soldering under a microscope. This allows us to safely replace circuits and recreate connections even in multilayer boards.

Yes. We have the appropriate authorizations, licenses, and security measures in place to work with this type of equipment in accordance with applicable laws.
What is the service process for military equipment?
We start with an on-site inspection or collection of the device, perform diagnostics, and provide the customer with a report with recommendations. After approval, we proceed with repair, modernization, or maintenance, then perform tests and prepare documentation of the work performed.
